Cancellation Timeframes
More than 48 hours before delivery:
Full refund of deposit, minus a $30 processing fee.
Less than 48 hours before delivery:
No refund. Deposit is forfeited.
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time. You can reach us by phone or email. Cancellation requests must be confirmed by our team.
Weather-Related Cancellations
In cases of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after cancellation is confirmed.
