Terms of Service

By booking with Monarch Luxury Lavatories, you agree to the following:

1. Deposits and Payment

A deposit is required to reserve your rental date. All remaining balances are due prior to delivery. Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

2. Site and Utilities

Client must provide clear access, level ground, and required utilities (power, water, and drainage). Failure to do so may result in additional fees or cancellation without refund.

3. Use of Trailers

Restroom trailers are for restroom use only and may not be moved, altered, or misused.

4. Client Responsibility After Delivery

Once delivered, the trailer is under the client's care. Client is responsible for any damage, theft, vandalism, or excessive cleaning beyond normal use.

5. Limitation of Liability

Monarch Luxury Lavatories is not responsible for injuries or damages occurring after delivery, except in cases of gross negligence during delivery, setup, or pickup.

6. Weather

No refunds will be issued for weather-related issues once delivery has occurred.

7. Termination of Service

Monarch Luxury Lavatories reserves the right to terminate service without refund if these terms are violated.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law.
